Frequently asked questions
Can you print my logo and text on your cards?
All our cards are custom printed, so we do need your finished business card design artwork to develop them. If you have your design ready, feel free to email it at info@printforbrands.com, we also have blank design templates and set up instructions on all listings, or you can email us with the product of interest, to get them emailed back! Or if you need us to do the set up for you, we do that, as well, just send us whatever you have, even if that's just ideas :)
Do you design business cards?
Yes! We do offer custom graphic design services for a fee. A LOT of the card designs you see online, are done by us. Please email us your logo file at info@printforbrands.com and any ideas you have, along with the product of interest and we will be happy to assist!
I love a design I see, can you customize it with my logo and text?
Yes! Our talented graphic design team has done many of the card designs you see. We can definitely do something similar you see on our site or elsewhere! Feel free to email us the job details at info@printforbrands.com and we will be happy to assist!
Can you do a custom size, drill a hole, add rounded corners, do another stock or quantity?
MANY options are available, and this would be a custom job request, and custom quoted! Please send details like size, stock, quantity, finishings needed etc through email at printforbrands@gmail.com and we will get the job quoted for you in 1-2 business days! Feel free to attach any design artwork or sample you have so we understand the job properly. If you have a deadline date, please do send that also!
I am in a tearing hurry! Do you do rush orders?
Yes! Most of our cards can be rush printed and shipped, for an expedite fee. We can expedite your custom card design as well. Please email us with complete artwork to print, along with order details like stock, quantity, finishing needed, in hand deadline date, mailing zip code(or complete address if international), and write "RUSH JOB" in the subject so we attend to it quickly. Do you offer discounts?
Yes! From time to time, our products go on sale, we do announce them on social media, so don't forget to follow us on Insta @printforbrands and FB printforbrands !
I want to re-order my cards from 10 years ago, with a new design or just as-is. Do you still have it?
Yes! We backup all our files and archive them for our customers! We've been in business a long time, thanks to amazing customers like you, and we would never lose your artwork! So, sure, just jog our memory, by sending the order number, or picture of the cards or your contact information, and we will dig up your proof(if ordered before) or edit it(if needed). Email us at info@printforbrands.com. We love our repeat buyers!
When will you respond to my message?
Our shop timings are M-F, 10AM-5PM PST. If you contact us during that time frame, you will get super speedy responses. If you reach us during non working hours, we need 24 hours to respond, and will do it in the sequence of messages received. Emailing is always the best way to reach us at info@printforbrands.com.
